Hotel Tapa Tour
We invite you to enjoy a gastronomic experience that elevates both flavor and excitement.
You can choose between one of these two options for €12: Wine and grilled scallop tapa with aromatic herbs, beurre blanc, and trout roe, or cava and homemade porchetta focaccia tapa with mango chutney and sun-dried tomato.

Ginkgo Restaurant & Sky Bar is Madrid’s trendiest rooftop, ranked as one of the top terraces in the world for offering the best 360° views of the capital’s skyline.
- Opening hours: Sunday to Thursday from 13:00h-1:00h | Friday, Saturday and holidays from 13:00h-2:30h
- Only children under 18 years old accompanied by an adult are allowed to enter until 12 midnight.
- For access you will need to comply with the smart/casual dress code.
- Access to our terrace is free for hotel guests. From Monday to Sunday, starting at 4:00 PM, a fee of €10 per person applies with soft drinks, or €16 per person with a drink or cocktail.
