Exquisite buffet breakfast
Our breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes from sweet to savoury.
We highlight the hot dishes made on the spot such as eggs (scrambled, poached, etc) with different toppings, our assorted sandwiches, or our French toast with bananas, red fruits, maple syrup or chocolate sauce, as well as pancakes and sweet crepes with options such as cream, chocolate, red fruits, maple syrup and homemade jams or with different savoury flavours.
Breakfast also has a healthy option with our oatmeal porridge and a selection of vegetables such as green asparagus, mushrooms, tomato and courgette. Whatever you choose, it will be the perfect start to your day.
- Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 10:30 am. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 7:30 am to 11:00 am.
Treatment or massage, a difficult choice
Immerse yourself in a unique wellness experience. You can choose an antioxidant facial treatment such as CITRUS VITA-ESSENCE, which restores the skin’s vitality. Or, if you prefer, a relaxing full-body massage with essential oils. Both treatments last 50 minutes.

Tasting menu at Ginkgo Restaurant & Sky Bar
This exclusive experience features an outstanding menu at one of Madrid’s trendiest rooftops: Ginkgo Restaurante & Sky Bar. A proposal designed for sharing and enjoying traditional flavours with a special twist. It includes a carefully selected range of classic starters such as Iberian ham, gilda, traditional potato salad and creamy ham croquettes. The main course is a standout Iberian pork cut served with rustic potatoes and a delicate Jerez-infused jus. The menu is completed with a very creamy cheesecake and a selection of drinks to accompany the experience.
